Welcome to Select Practice Management’s staff website. This website is only for Select Practice Management staff. You will need a user name and password assigned to you to log in.

Practice information is organized on the top menu. This is where you would find information on the SFM office, including office signs, vendor contact information and the I&FM Program. Under SFM Forms, office stationary, fax covers,  front desk, back office and check out forms can be found. 

The left hand menu provides Colleague information regarding Training, IT Security Updates, Admin Updates, HR Forms and CEUs for staff.
